Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy:

Thank you for shopping at RF Skincare, Australia.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. We made simple process of return, refund & replacement in RF Skincare, Australia. If you wish to cancel your order than you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days with mentioning below reason for doing so under return/refund and replacement policy.

  • Damaged product delivered: Tampered or physical damage product.
  • Wrong Product delivered.
  • Expired Product delivered.
  • Partial order delivered: Missing product.

Process for goods return mentioned below:

  • Go to ‘My Orders' section
  • Select order details
  • Select Item for cancellation, provide reason for cancellation
  • Click on “cancel order”
  • Once submitted successfully, your refund/replacement will get processed.

In below mentioned conditions return or replacement requests will not be accepted.

  • If goods seal is broken.
  • If goods are partially used or altered.
  • Returned without original packaging including tags, labels and other packing accessories or any other kind of damage in product.
  • If return or replacement request is raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • If damaged or misplaced product is informed to our customer care after 72 hrs from the time of delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on Promotional sale cannot be refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. 

Via Email:You can send an email to our customer support team at contact@rfskincare.com.au  to cancel your order along with your order ID details mentioning reason for cancellation of order. Our customer care representative will acknowledge your email and process cancellation of your order from backend.

Terms & Conditions:

  • In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
  • In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse within 7 business days.
  • In case of damaged / missing product – Request a return raise or replacement request within 72 hrs from time of delivery.
  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business days from receiving the product(s) back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 7 business days from receiving the products back, customer needs to share bank account details with Name, Account No & IFSC Code via email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • In addition, we also provide quick option to refund your amount directly to your RF Skincare Wallet which can be used in any of your future buying without any precondition.
  • Return of part order is permitted as per terms & conditions of return policy. 

Pick up Process:

  • RF Skincare, Australia will send their logistic partner at your doorstep for collection of returned or replacement item.
  • If logistic partner is not available at your location for reverse pickup, then you need to send it to our warehouse by some courier agency.
  • Once we receive product, then after verification suitable refund/replacement will get initiated.
  • We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.
  • Replacement is subjected to availability of stock. We will refund full amount into your account if replacement product(s) is not available at our warehouse
